    The Foxx Den is a Pole Dance Studio in Nottingham


    We  provide pole dance and and pole fitness lessons in Nottingham and beginner aerial hoop lessons


    Our Instructors will teach you how to spin and flow up and around the pole and in the air 


    Classes are taught by Julie Foxx who has been pole dancing since 2005 and teaching since 2008


    Julie has danced all over the country at festivals and is also a champion pole dancer winning the International Pole And Aerial Arts Doubles Category in 2020


    Pole dance is a mixture of dance and acrobatics round a pole. its a full body workout that improves strength & flexibility as well as being fun.

Pole Dance Lessons Nottingham

Pole dance combines dance and acrobatics on and around a vertical pole. . Your strength and flexibility will develop as you learn.to Pole.

Classes are suitable for all and you can learn in or out of pole heels

  • Mixed ability group classes £12 per person
  • Private lessons are available

Lyra / Aerial Hoop Lessons Nottingham

Aerial Hoop is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which you will learn to perform aerial acrobatics.

Pole Dance Heels Classes

Dedicated pole dance classes for heels work - these are a mix of floor work and pole work designed for pole heels & you will need knee pads!!!  We learn short sequences & routines 

  • Mixed ability group classes £12 per person
  • Privates lessons are availble


Private Pole Dance Lessons, Nottingham

Online if you have the equipment & space or in the studio

  • £30 for up to 2 people  & £10 per additional person up to 6
